The ZEUS range marks LG’s entry into the large-format industrial washing machine sector. Models with load capacities of 20, 25 and 30 kg have been developed for organisations that process substantial laundry volumes and require high performance, economy and process reliability.
LG ZEUS industrial washing machines are suitable for industrial laundries, hotels, hospitals, care facilities, fire and rescue services, facility service providers, public authorities and industrial production plants. The different capacities allow each industrial laundry operation to select the appropriate model for its laundry volume and workflow.
A distinctive feature is the Dynamic Ball Core System. A gyro sensor detects imbalance, while the ball-balancing system stabilises the drum and reduces vibration. Depending on the model, the industrial washer-extractors achieve speeds of up to 1,100 rpm and centrifugal forces of up to 520 G. The resulting low residual moisture can shorten subsequent drying times and reduce the energy required by the industrial dryer.
Five-stage AI load detection adapts the washing process to the actual load. Water, energy and detergent are therefore used according to demand. Two spray nozzles apply water and pre-mixed wash liquor directly to the textiles. This wets the laundry more quickly and evenly while distributing the detergent solution more effectively throughout the load.
A professional wet-cleaning process with variable drum movements is available for delicate and demanding textiles. Integrated drum and deep-cleaning functions support hygienic operating conditions. According to the manufacturer, a high-temperature hygiene cycle removes up to 99.99% of tested germs and has been certified by Intertek.
Digital machine management, FOTA software updates and proactive monitoring complete the innovative concept. Integrated forklift pockets simplify installation, while front-accessible components can reduce the effort required for servicing and maintenance.
