The LG ZEUS industrial washer-dryer provides a washing capacity of 25 kg and a drying capacity of 16 kg. With a load not exceeding the drying capacity, the complete washing and drying process can be finished in only 60 minutes under the conditions stated in the product brochure. This shortens internal transport routes, reduces manual handling and makes clean laundry available again more quickly.

Combining two processing stages within one industrial laundry machine saves valuable installation space. This particularly benefits hotels, hospitals, care facilities, fire and rescue services, facility service providers and industrial operations where fast workflows and efficient use of available space are essential.

During extraction, the industrial washer-dryer achieves speeds of up to 1,100 rpm and a centrifugal force of 520 G. The Dynamic Ball Core System detects imbalance, stabilises the drum and reduces vibration. Powerful moisture removal lowers residual moisture and creates ideal conditions for the subsequent heat pump drying process.

Five-stage AI load detection adapts the washing process to the load. Dual spray nozzles distribute water and pre-mixed wash liquor directly across the textiles. This wets the laundry evenly and distributes the detergent solution more effectively throughout the load.

Drying is provided by a powerful inverter heat pump with a two-stage heat exchanger. Intelligent sensors monitor the moisture level of the laundry and prevent unnecessary overdrying. As the industrial washer-dryer requires no exhaust connection, it can also be installed where external ductwork would be technically difficult or expensive.

Professional wet cleaning, drum and deep-cleaning functions, a high-temperature hygiene cycle and digital machine monitoring complete the equipment. FOTA technology enables automatic software updates, while proactive monitoring can identify and report potential problems at an early stage.
