With the ZEUS range, LG expands its portfolio into large-format industrial laundry equipment for the first time. This new machine generation is intended for organisations where high capacities, short processing times, reliable operation and optimised running costs are essential.

The range is divided into LG industrial washing machines, LG industrial dryers and LG industrial washer-dryers. Individual machines can therefore be selected or combined into complete washing and drying solutions. The equipment is suitable for industrial laundries, hospitals, care facilities, hotels, fire and rescue services, facility service providers, public authorities and production plants.

LG ZEUS industrial washing machines are available with capacities of 20, 25 and 30 kg. A drain valve provides rapid drum drainage and supports short programme cycles. The Dynamic Ball Core System detects imbalance and stabilises the drum. Depending on the model, extraction speeds of up to 1,100 rpm and centrifugal forces of up to 520 G are achieved. Powerful water extraction reduces residual moisture and can considerably shorten the subsequent drying process.

Five-stage AI load detection adapts the use of water, energy and detergent to the actual load. Dual spray nozzles distribute water and pre-mixed wash liquor directly across the textiles. This wets the laundry quickly and evenly while distributing the detergent solution more effectively throughout the load.

LG ZEUS industrial dryers with capacities of 25 and 30 kg use powerful heat pump technology. They require no exhaust ducting and therefore provide exceptional installation flexibility. An inverter dual compressor, a two-stage heat exchanger and AI-supported sensor drying combine high throughput with gentle textile care. Automatic heat exchanger cleaning reduces maintenance requirements.

The LG ZEUS industrial washer-dryer combines a 25 kg washing capacity and a 16 kg drying capacity within one machine. With a load suitable for the combined process, laundry is washed and dried without being transferred. Under the specified conditions, the complete process can be finished in only 60 minutes. The drain valve, 520 G extraction and ventless heat pump drying support exceptionally fast workflows.

Professional wet cleaning, drum and deep-cleaning functions, digital machine monitoring, FOTA updates and front service access complete the industrial specification. Integrated forklift pockets simplify the positioning of the industrial washing machines and industrial washer-dryer.
