With the LG ZEUS Professional Laundry Line, LG is expanding its portfolio with a new large capacity range for industrial laundry applications. The LG ZEUS 20 kg industrial washing machine features a 200 litre drum and has been designed for the reliable processing of large laundry volumes. Bed linen, towels, workwear, protective clothing and demanding textiles can be processed efficiently and with appropriate fabric care.
One of its most important features is the Dynamic Ball Core System. A built in gyro sensor detects drum imbalance in real time, while the ball balancing system stabilises the load. This enables the industrial washing machine to reach up to 1,100 rpm and an extraction force of 520 g.
Powerful extraction reduces residual moisture and can significantly shorten the subsequent drying process. With this performance, the LG ZEUS belongs to the high extraction class of 20 kg industrial washing machines and offers a clear advantage over many established models in this capacity range.
Five level automatic load detection analyses the amount of laundry inside the drum and adjusts water, energy and detergent requirements to the actual load. The dual spray nozzle system applies water and pre mixed wash liquor directly to the textiles. This allows the laundry to become saturated faster and more evenly. It also distributes the detergent solution more effectively throughout the drum, supporting reliable cleaning with demand based resource usage.
For delicate and premium textiles, the LG industrial washing machine provides a professional wet cleaning process with MotionCare. Low rotational speeds, variable drum movements and adapted spray rinsing actions support gentle fabric care. This makes the industrial washing machine suitable for textile care companies and operations that process delicate workwear or high quality garments.
Integrated drum cleaning and deep cleaning functions support consistently clean and hygienic operating conditions. According to the manufacturer, the high temperature hygiene cycle removes up to 99.99 percent of the tested germs and has been certified by Intertek for this performance.
The circular 7 inch ProGuide touchscreen provides simple programme and settings control. The LaundryCrew app enables remote monitoring of equipment status and operating data. FOTA technology allows software updates to be installed automatically via the cloud. The self monitoring system can also detect irregularities at an early stage and provide corresponding notifications.
The LG ZEUS has also been designed to simplify installation and servicing. Integrated forklift pockets support safe handling and positioning. Important components are accessible from the front, helping to reduce servicing time and potential operational downtime.
